2023/2024 – minimum 3 night stay, Monday or Friday arrival.  Price per night – £250

This excludes the Christmas & New Year 2 week period which is a 7 night minimum stay at £300 per night.

Shorter bookings may be available in the low season – November to February, please email with your requested dates if you can’t find what you are looking for on the calendar.

Booking rules

About your stay

The property is let on a minimum 3 night basis (arrivals on Monday or Friday) and the maximum period of let is 4 weeks. Shorter term lets might be available during the low season – beginning of November to end of February, except for Christmas and New Year. Please, email us with your requested dates.

  • Max. people: 2 adults
  • Check in after 4pm
  • Check out before 10am

The letting of the property is only to those named on the booking form. Strictly two adults only can be accommodated.  Please note that we do not take children of any age (from birth to age 17).  

We regret that we cannot accommodate pets and the property has a no indoor smoking policy.

 

Payments

The booking will be confirmed with a non-refundable 50% deposit required to be paid at the time of booking.

The balance of the payment must be made 6 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday period. If the balance is not received 6 weeks prior to arrival those weeks become available for re-let.

Please note that for bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to the let – payment in full is required immediately to secure the booking.

Cancellations

If you cancel a booking for any reason you must notify us in writing by email.

Any deposit paid is non-refundable and the following cancellation charges will apply:

  • Up until 4 weeks to start date: 50% of the total rental
  • 4 weeks or less to start date: 100% of the total rental

We strongly recommend that you take out holiday cancellation insurance, as the deposit is non refundable.
